What payment options are available to me?
The only way in which you can pay is through our online store. We do not accept cash or bank transfer at this time.
Can I pay a deposit, or pay in instalments?
Currently, all of our packages must be paid the full amount at the time of purchase.
I have made a booking, and the money has been taken, but I have not received confirmation. What do I do?
This may be an issue with our automated emailing system. If you fail to receive confirmation within an hour of booking, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you your booking confirmation.
I want to cancel my booking. Is this possible?
We're sad to hear that you want to cancel your booking. You can cancel your booking in line with our terms and conditions.
What kind of accommodation will we stay in?
All hotels in our packages are at least 3 stars, sometimes 4 stars, with positive reviews. They will be located in areas which allow easy access to and from the airport, as well as to all corners of the city you will be staying in.
What board type will I get at the hotel, and do I get breakfast?
The board type at the hotel will be stated in the product description. We want to keep prices affordable as well as offering a quality package. However, we do look to offer breakfast within all of our packages, but this is not a guarantee.
Do I have to use my hotel?
It is not a requirement, but we advise you to use your hotel room, as you have paid for it within the package. We do not offer refunds if you do not use your hotel room.
When will I receive my match tickets?
Your tickets will be given to you by one of our representative tour guides, while at the hotel.
Can I find where I am sat in the stadium?
You will not find specifically what seat you will be placed in until you receive your ticket. Upon purchasing you will know what category, stand and seat all tickets for this trip will be located within.
Will I be sat with my friends and family?
All of our seats will be located in the same area. Whether that be all in a line on one row, or split in-front and behind over two or more rows.
When can I expect my itinerary?
Your itinerary will get to you usually 5-7 days before departure. You will be able to see what is included in the package when purchasing, however, we post itineraries so we can get confirmation of exact flight times and terminal locations from our flight providers and the airport services.
Are children allowed on the tour?
All children are welcome on our tours. Some activities on our itinerary may not be suitable for children. But we are willing to come to an agreement on an alternative activity or refund for that certain activity with whom it regards.
Am I covered if anything goes wrong?
All of our customers' payments are fully covered. We do advise our customers to take out travel insurance if they deem it a requirement.

I'd like to book an exclusive group trip. Is this possible?
Yes, this is possible if you have a group of 8 or more people wanting an exclusive trip. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
